Was a bit of a nervous driver having failed test previously, so a friend recommend I try a few pre-test lessons with Karl. I contacted him and started lessons a month ago. Now I've the test passed and so much more confidence driving! Karl was so patient and calm, even when I got nervous and worked up, and his constructive feedback and positive attitude made all the difference to my driving. He took me through every route in Raheny, and made sure I had all my manoeuvres perfect so the test day was relaxed and I got no nasty surprises with unknown areas! He also made sure I knew exactly which road signs and theory questions could be asked at start of test, and talked me through all the technical stuff under bonnet and in car that they ask you on the day as well. No question was too silly for him, he really made sure I was confident in everything to do with the rules of the road. Can't thank Karl enough for all his help and support, will certainly be recommending Clontarf Driving Academy to anyone I know learning to drive in Dublin.
