Karl was my second instructor, and I couldn't believe how quickly he got me up to test standard. There's knowing about driving and then there's knowing how to teach it, and he's got both down to a T. Couldnt have asked for a better instructor-Karl did the impossible by getting me through the test! While I once thought Id never drive,Karls encouragement and experience means I now couldnt imagine not having the new-found freedom! 10/10 from me!

Karl is flexible, knowledgeable and a great teacher. He clearly explains all the rules of the road, test routes and maneuvers. He also gave me the encouragement I needed and had me driving far quicker than I though possible. He can tell exactly what you need to work on - his feedback and advice is always spot on. Can't recommend him enough!

Karl is an experienced and knowledgeable instructor, that has the skills and ability to make the daunting experience of learning how to drive a breeze. Felt very comfortable learning how to drive with him and passed my test first time round with his help. Thanks Karl :)

Had no experience driving before starting my lessons with Karl and passed first time around thanks to him. Knows the routes inside out and had me extremely prepared going into my test. Felt like I knew every detail of every route by the time I finished my last pretest which made me extremely confident coming up to the test. Also really enjoyed the lessons. Karl not only knows everything you need to know about driving, he's also a fantastic teacher. He has clearly worked on the skill of teacher as he had me comfortable behind the wheel from day 1. Karl has a terrific way of teaching you how to drive by not only showing you the rules of the road and how to work everything in the car, but also how to implement it all together and help you gain confiden

I passed my driving test the first time i did it because of Karl. He is thorough and honest in his lessons and encourages you to do your best! He always tries his hardest to fit you in for a lesson even if it cuts into his personal time. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I did pretest lessons with Karl recently and after doing lessons with a different instructor and practising by myself for the year he really got me up to test standard which thankfully resulted in me passing!!

Having gone from complete novice, to nervous driver to passing my test first time all in the space of 9 months, I cannot recommend Karl highly enough. His easy going and relaxed atmosphere made the lessons enjoyable and a great way of learning. He’s very accommodating and helpful with times and getting lessons fit in. Thanks Karl :D
